Driver Eligibility

• Drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a full valid UK or international driving licence for a minimum of 3 years.

• Only the driver(s) named on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.

• Additional drivers must be declared, approved, and may incur an extra fee.

 

2. Vehicle Condition & Damages

• The vehicle will be inspected before and after rental.

• Any existing damage must be noted on the rental checklist before departure.

• The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period.

• If the vehicle is returned with new damage, the renter will be liable for:

• • The cost of repairs, or

  • The insurance excess (whichever is lower).

• Interior damage (e.g. burns, stains, tears) and wheel or tyre damage are not covered by standard insurance.

 

3. Accidents & Breakdown

• In the event of an accident, you must:

• 1. Stop the vehicle and ensure everyone’s safety.

  2. Contact the police (if required by law).

  4. Do not admit fault or negotiate without company consent.
